They require intentional board practices, strong management partnerships, and a willingness to engage uncertainty and emerging opportunities. In this interactive session, directors will explore how high-performing boards build strategic capacity, ask forward-looking questions, and create the conditions for meaningful strategic dialogue. Participants will leave with practical ideas for strengthening strategic thinking in their own boardrooms.
