Inside the Boardroom: A Director Decision Simulation

Board service often requires making consequential decisions with incomplete information, competing priorities, and significant stakeholder implications. In this interactive boardroom simulation, participants will step into the role of directors and work through a realistic governance challenge involving leadership succession, strategic uncertainty, and organizational risk. Along the way, they'll examine the questions directors should ask, the decisions boards must make, and the leadership required when stakes are high.

• Apply sound governance principles to board-level decisions involving leadership succession, strategic uncertainty, and organizational risk.
• Evaluate competing priorities, stakeholder implications, and available information when navigating complex and consequential board decisions.
