In this session you will have the opportunity to engage with a panel of System directors and a governance expert in a discussion about director professionalism. What is director professionalism? Why is it important? What risks might be created by unintentionally operating in a way that is not as professional as it could be?

Learner Outcomes:

1. Explore elements of director professionalism.
2. Understand the risks that some director behavior can unintentionally create.
3. Learn about ways to increase director professionalism on your board.
