This will be an interactive forum focusing on current issues in board dynamics that detract from a board's ability to perform its fiduciary responsibilities and provide the best governance for the organization. Dr. Schreiber will provide key challenges he and others have found in working with different boards and will engage the attendees in discussing solutions to the challenges presented.

Learner Outcomes:

1. Discuss common governance challenges faced by boards today that impact their effectiveness.
2. Learn about solutions to governance challenges that attendees can take back to their own boards
3. Participate in an interactive forum in which directors can share their own experiences and learn from one another.
