Biography

Igor Stojanovski is the Chief Information Security Officer for the Farm Credit Bank of Texas and leads the strategic direction of four separate functions - Information Security, Identity & Access Management, IT Compliance, and Data Privacy. Igor has been with FCBT for six years, with over 20 years' experience in Information Technology. Igor provides strategic vision and leadership for the Texas District’s cybersecurity posture and oversees the development and implementation all security initiatives designed to ensure that data, systems, and networks are protected from internal and external threats, as well as complying with relevant laws and regulations. Igor understands the inherent trade-offs necessary between ‘being secure’ and ‘running a business’ and develops appropriate mitigating strategies designed to manage risk and ensure that the District’s security posture is aligned with business objectives.Igor is an Australian Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control. Prior to joining FCBT, he spent 15 years in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. He began his career in Melbourne, Australia and holds two bachelor's degrees from the University of Melbourne; Commerce and Information Systems.
