Ryan brings over 20 years of experience in leading effective teams, forming dynamic leaders, and cultivating healthy organizations. In partnership with the Table Group, Ryan works regularly with teams in quickly and effectively applying the concepts related to organizational health, with a special focus on the 6 Types of Working Genius. His global consulting clients are CEOs and executive teams from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Ryan’s clients love his disarming presence, levity, and facilitation expertise. His sessions are impactful, lasting, and generate immediate results for leadership teams.
Ryan has served as a Working Genius Master Facilitator since 2022 and incorporated the model into team sessions to help individuals and organizations experience greater engagement, energy, and fulfillment in their work. He guides audiences in identifying practical ways to apply the framework to meetings, team dynamics, role clarity, and day-to-day collaboration. Ryans leads Working Genius Certification programs as a Master Facilitator, preparing thousands of participants to confidently understand, apply, and share the model within their teams and organizations.
Prior to partnering with the Table Group, Ryan worked for two global non-profits in leadership, development, and innovation. Having earned degrees in Organizational Development, Ryan believes that the greatest competitive advantage in business is helping teams find cohesion and clarity through organizational health.
Ryan and his wife Ellen live in Atlanta, Georgia with their three boys. They can be found most days taking their kids to all their various sports practices and games.
