Every upswing in the mortgage market brings a down cycle which many of us may be experiencing currently. The last upswing was the largest ever so the next upsurge will likely look different however similar issues remain. This session will bring ideas out that others in the Farm Credit system are thinking about today to handle when that next upsurge comes along. Hear from the credit experts on what approaches they are taking to increase efficiency for borrowers and equip their teams. They will also touch on risk and what adjustments they may have made or may be thinking about, potential for new products to aid the borrower of tomorrow and what technology tools they are using for improving their efficiency.
