The aim is of this workshop is to equip participants with practical tools, knowledge, and team discussion to prioritize their well-being, build resilience, and create healthy work-life practices to avoid burnout. No matter your role, tenure, or area of focus, finding a work-life blend is critical to being able to give your very best to your clients, your friends and family, and yourself.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

  1. Recognize the signs and sources of burnout specific to credit professionals and teams.
  2. Apply targeted interventions—such as process improvements, communication rituals, and well-being practices—to address burnout.
  3. Develop a personal and team-level resilience plan to navigate ongoing change and uncertainty.
