Biography

Candace LaRossa is SVP Country Home Lending and is responsible for the Relationship Managers for our Washington & Oregon CHL Team at Northwest Farm Credit Services. Candace started her career with NWFCS as a CHL Relationship Manager in 2011, while also becoming the Branch Manager in 2015. After being a CHL RM for 5 years she was promoted to VP Oregon CHL where she oversaw the Oregon CHL Team which consisted of 10 team members split between both sales and operations.

Candace remains active in a few different local Mortgage Industry Groups and continues to manage the Hillsboro Branch. She grew up in Eastern Washington in a rural community and attended EWU where she earned her bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in economics. Her hobbies are cooking, gardening, home projects and exercising.
