Biography

Chad McGlothlen lives in Southeastern Wisconsin with his wife Amy and their two teenage daughters. Chad started with the Farm Credit system in 2001 and is so thankful for the opportunity it has afforded him. His career in the mortgage industry spans almost 3 decades and includes a wide variety of roles, including Residential & Ag Loan Officer, Residential & Ag Lending Team Leader, Regional Vice President, and most recently, Director of Lending leading Compeer’s Rural Living Solutions Sales teams. Outside of the office, Chad finds solace and excitement in all things outdoors. Whether it's hunting, fishing, hiking or boating, embracing the beauty of nature is where you will find him. Chad believes the secret to success is a positive attitude, strong work ethic and treating others with respect and compassion.
