Chris has accumulated 37 years of experience in various Human Resources roles at prestigious organizations such as General Motors, Lufthansa Airlines, Coors Brewing Company, and Colgate-Palmolive. In 2021, he joined Capital Farm Credit as the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer. Since then, Chris has spearheaded the growth of the human capital function, focusing on Compensation, Data Reporting & Analytics, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
Chris firmly believes that exceptional customer experiences and business results stem from outstanding people practices, and that people are at the heart of every transaction. People are the differentiator most business are looking for! He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. Chris resides in College Station, TX, with his wife, Teresa.
