Biography

Jennifer Dozier is a partner of Franzén & Salzano, P.C. She practices in the firm’s regulatory lending compliance area, focusing on both federal and state regulatory compliance. Jenny advises banks, mortgage lenders, real estate brokers, title agents and other settlement service providers on the laws of all 50 states and federal law including, but not limited to, RESPA, TILA, ECOA and HMDA. Jenny advises her clients regarding licensure, marketing, fees, disclosures, reporting, fair lending, compensation and other matters related to their products and services. She drafts and negotiates contracts, including service agreements, loan purchase and sale agreements and warehouse documents. She also assists clients in responding to regulatory examinations and actions. Jenny manages the firm’s monitoring and reporting of federal and state legislation and regulations. She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia. Jenny received her J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she served as a member of the Mississippi Law Journal.
