I’m passionate about empowering individuals and organizations through education, with a focus on optimizing workflows and maximizing the Encompass® platform. As Founder and CEO of Mortgage Workflow Partners Inc., I work with often-underserved clients to document, improve, and train on their technology for greater efficiency and success.
With over 30 years in mortgage banking—starting as a loan processor in 1993—I’ve helped companies streamline operations and grow through full life-of-loan workflow knowledge and deep tech expertise.
I also lead MasteringEncompass.com, an online community and resource hub for Encompass® admins and users, alongside our YouTube channel, offering expert tutorials and insights.
Outside of work, I enjoy family time, hiking, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and snowboarding.
