Biography

Paul resides in Lubbock, Texas. He began with Farm Credit as a Title Examiner in 2003. He spent most of his career with the Association building out the Lending Operations team and was promoted to SVP, Lending Operations in 2016. Paul has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Pensacola Christian College. Paul became AgTexas’ Chief Operating Officer December 1, 2023, where he oversees Board governance, human resources, information technology, lending operations and the administrative / processing functions of AgTexas’ crop insurance division.
