Biography

Paul Noak is a real estate finance attorney from College Station, Texas. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he received his Bachelor of Sciences in Agricultural Economics and his law degree from South Texas College of Law. In 25 years of practice, he has worked at the association level overseeing legal and title underwriting for loan processing operations and counseled in both general and consumer credit compliance. He’s assisted with loan origination software development, implementation and training and advises and trains clients in matters of FCA compliance, consumer credit compliance, and real estate law. He is a regular speaker at Farm Credit System conferences and is known as a dirt lawyer that waded neck deep into the world of consumer compliance.
