Scott has been at the forefront of applying AI at Built and in bringing AI to support lending operations, with a focus on automating manual workflows, accelerating processes, and enabling scalable loan administration. His work centers on translating emerging AI capabilities into practical, ROI-driven use cases, including AI-assisted document extraction and underwriting acceleration that have helped lenders reduce manual loan admin time by 30–40%.
He also actively develops tools to help his team navigate the transition to an AI-first organization. Finding ways not only to reduce internal friction but also to create "wow moments" for customers.
Scott lives in Brentwood, Tennessee, with the love of his life and three kids, and spends his free time running to soccer games and ballet recitals.
