Farm Credit Administration
Zach Knutson started with the Farm Credit Administration in 2019 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural business and animal science. He completed his Master’s in Agricultural and Applied Economics with Virginia Tech in 2022 and earned his commission in 2023. He has served as examiner-in-charge for some System institutions and the 2024 Compliance Horizontal Examination Activity. Outside of FCA, Zach raises shorthorn beef cattle and is developing various permanent plantings (peaches, hazelnuts, peonies, and apples) on his farm near Zumbrota, Minnesota.
