Examine moments where culture is reinforced—or eroded—in remote and hybrid environments. Participants will exchange practices for accountability, belonging, and shared expectations.

1- Identify the everyday leadership behaviors that actively shape team culture in hybrid environments
2- Recognize how inaction or silence reinforces unintended cultural norms
3- Apply practical strategies to reinforce trust, clarity, and inclusion across distributed teams
4- Evaluate their own leadership habits and adjust signals they are sending to their teams
