This session will tie together many of the data & risk workshops from earlier in the conference. The session will walk through the data and analytics maturity lifecycle, including “descriptive”, “predictive”, and “prescriptive” analytics. We will assess the current landscape in terms of where System ACAs are on this roadmap and discuss what steps are required to get to the next phase of the lifecycle. Finally, the session will uncover strategies for presenting front-lines staff with data-driven insights on their individual impact on the ACA’s overall risk profile.
