The Appraisal Foundation Fireside Chat

This is a moderated discussion between Kelly Davids (President of The Appraisal Foundation), Valerie Scott (Vice Chair of the Appraiser Qualifications Board and Appraisal Director with American AgCredit), and Ben Godbey (Farm Credit System’s TAFAC representative and Executvie Head of Evaluation Services with American AgCredit). The discussion will provide attendees with valuable insights into the contributions and responsibilities of these individuals within their respective roles and what role the Farm Credit System plays within the appraisal profession.

Learner Outcomes:

  1. Gain a deeper understanding of both The Appraisal Foundation (TAF), Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB), and The Appraisal Foundation’s Advisory Committee (TAFAC) and how the Farm Credit System participates within these two organizations.
  2. Explore the roles and responsibilities of TAF, AQB, TAFAC and learn how aspiring appraisers can advance to higher levels within the appraisal profession.
  3. Gain a general understanding of how The Appraisal Foundation’s various application process works.
