SOC Chronicles: Tales & Takeaways From the Front Lines

The session description is, “Standards of Conduct remains an area of focus in the Farm Credit System and is included in FCA’s 2024 National Oversight Plan. Hear directly from Standards of Conduct Officers through a discussion on happenings since the implementation of the new Standards of Conduct regulation at the beginning of 2023. The discussion will focus on lessons learned and subsequent adjustments to SOC programs. Also, what are the important consideration factors to improve your SOC program as it matures.

2. Gain insight into other Associations experiences and solutions to help you navigate unexpected SOC situations.
