Cody Gasque is a Certified General Appraiser licensed in South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina, with over a decade of experience at AgSouth Farm Credit. He specializes in leveraging data to enhance real estate valuation, leading internal efforts to integrate analytics into appraisal workflows. Cody developed AgSouth’s internal Automated Valuation Model (AVM) and has been instrumental in advancing data-driven decision-making across the organization.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Mechanization and Business from Clemson University and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Economic Analytics from Virginia Tech. His work focuses on translating complex datasets into practical tools, including Tableau dashboards for land trend analysis, regression modeling, and production monitoring.
Cody is passionate about helping appraisers move beyond intuition to embrace data-backed insights for more consistent, transparent, and defensible valuations.
