Debbie Wing is the Executive Vice President of Communications at the Farm Credit Council. In this position, she leads the team to support the Farm Credit System and Council in strategic and risk communications, reputation management, media relations and digital strategy.
Debbie has more than 25 years of Washington, D.C experience in the private sector including major public relations firms, K Street lobbying firms and top consulting groups as well as public sector/executive branch experience at the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, National Science Foundation and legislative branch experience on Capitol Hill.
Prior to joining the Farm Credit Council, she led media and public relations at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
