Biography

Graham Dee has been a key contributor to the success of Compeer Financial's Capital Markets group since 2006. He has held many roles and handled a diverse portfolio in excess of $2 billion, primarily specializing in the: beef, fruit, nut, vegetable, food processing, and meat further processing industries. Before joining Compeer, Graham gained valuable experience working for a Kansas-based livestock feed company. In 2022, Graham was instrumental in starting direct marketing efforts to private equity and institutional borrowers, a role he still resides in today as a key member of the strategy and team.

Graham holds a bachelor’s degree in animal science with a minor in Agricultural Business from the University of Minnesota, and he also studied Animal Science and Agricultural Business at Iowa State University. Raised on a family-owned purebred swine farm in Central Iowa, Graham maintains his deep roots in agriculture by continuing to raise livestock and crops with his family. Graham is married and has two daughters, residing in Farmington, MN.
