Heidi Albers is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) with 30 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency management. She has led and supported resilience programs across large organizations, helping strengthen preparedness, response, recovery, and operational resilience capabilities. Heidi also serves as Chair of the Farm Credit System Contingency and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Workgroup, where she collaborates with industry peers to advance resiliency and risk management practices across the Farm Credit System.
