Heidi Bubela has over 20 years of experience with the Farm Credit System within the Risk Management area. She leads the automated lending operations and analytics areas for Compeer Financial. Her team was responsible for standing up Compeer's decision engine in 2023. She holds a M.S. in Agricultural Economics as well as a M.A.S in Applied Statistics. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
