Lindsay O’Reilly is an Executive Advisor at PwC, where she advises global financial institutions on risk management, regulatory engagement, internal audit transformation, and enterprise data governance. Prior to PwC, Lindsay served as a Strategic Advisor at Barclays PLC, following senior roles as Group Chief Internal Auditor and a member of the Group Executive Committee. In those roles, she led a global internal audit function, delivering value-driven assurance and strategic counsel to executive leadership, boards, and regulators.
Lindsay was also Barclays’ first Group Chief Data Officer, responsible for defining and executing the firm’s inaugural enterprise-wide data strategy, and served as Group COO for Risk and Finance, integrating technology and operations to strengthen governance and risk oversight. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly 20 years at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in senior leadership roles across risk, controls, finance, and strategy, including leading large-scale regulatory remediation programs. She is an Approved Senior Manager under the UK PRA and FCA, with extensive experience engaging regulators across multiple jurisdictions.
