Biography

Rex Earl is the Chief Security Officer at Farm Credit Services of America & Frontier Farm Credit. In this role, he leads a dynamic security team to deliver high levels of performance through personal and team development, process automation and standardization, technological effectiveness, and proactive execution. Rex targets areas that provide the greatest value while minimizing true risk while continuing to mature the capabilities of a robust security program.

Mr. Earl has nearly 30 years of experience in various areas of technology and security. He has worked in several industries to include military, manufacturing, service provider, and financial and holds a bachelor’s degree in MIS, a masters’ degree in Information Security, and a masters’ degree in Business Administration along with various security certifications. Rex hails from Omaha, NE and his favorite saying is, “start less ~ finish more!”
