Robin McDaniel is the Organizational Development Specialist for Texas Farm Credit Services, where she leads talent and leadership development initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy and evolving business needs. Over the past three years, she has focused on building future-ready capabilities that strengthen organizational performance including the support of Internal Audit’s role as a trusted advisor.
Prior to joining Texas Farm Credit, Robin served in multiple roles at another Farm Credit Association, including Credit Analyst and VP of Organizational Development, where she built and led the organization’s OD function. Her experience across credit, training, and leadership development provides her with a practical understanding of how early career experiences shape high-performing professionals.
Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Abilene Christian University and is DiSC certified, leveraging behavioral insights to enhance collaboration, agility, and professional effectiveness.
