Roger serves as Vice President of Credit Review for Farm Credit Services of America, AgCountry Farm Credit Services, and Frontier Farm Credit. With 30 years of experience within the Farm Credit System, he has built a broad and deep background across credit review, underwriting, risk management, and agricultural lending.
In his current role, Roger provides strategic leadership within the credit review function, helping to ensure sound loan administration practices across the Associations. He is committed to fostering a high-performing team environment and is particularly passionate about delivering constructive, ongoing feedback that supports continuous improvement, strengthens decision-making, and builds confidence in operational outcomes.
Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Emporia State University and a Master of Business Administration from Baker University. He resides in Omaha, Nebraska, with his wife and family.
