Ryan Pierson is a Principal in the Risk Consulting practice at RSM US LLP with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations manage risk through regulatory and technology-driven change. He works across all three lines of defense, advising clients on technology risk and controls, cybersecurity, AI governance, and enterprise transformation. Recently, his work has focused on supporting large-scale transformations through controls design and implementation, helping organizations establish second line compliance functions in response to regulatory actions, and enabling the adoption and governance of AI technologies. Ryan serves clients across multiple industries, including Financial Services, and has spent the past five years supporting numerous Farm Credit Associations throughout the Farm Credit System.
