Biography

Koti Chen is the Director of Finance in Risk Management at FCCS and joined FCCS in 2020 as an Accounting Manager. She is responsible in all accounting aspects for the Farm Credit System Association Captive Insurance Company. She also will be responsible for the financial reporting of the newly formed FarmLand Title Inc, a title insurance captive company.

Koti has over 20 years of accounting and information technology experience, half of which is in the insurance industry. She started her career working at insurance companies as an accountant and financial analyst and was responsible in financial reporting, financial analysis, and capital planning. Koti earned a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Baruch College. She is a member of the Society of Insurance Financial Management.
