Please note: Admittance into the breakfast, lunch and reception requires a badge to enter the room. If a spouse or guest is accompanying you to the conference and wants to join you for meals, a guest meal package must be purchased.

Little Italy Tour with Lunch

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Depart Lobby at 9:00 a.m.)
Cost: $156 per person (advance purchase required)

By popular demand, if an ATTENDEE would like to accompany their guest on this tour, register their guest, then contact Sandy.Schenecker@fccsconsulting.com. Note, slots are limited and the fee will also be assessed for any attendee who joins their guest.

A thrilling adventure through time from the late 19^th century and the coming of the Italians to San Diego up through today’s modern-day renaissance. Archival photos, hidden neighborhood landmarks and stories from the old-time Italians who lived this tale. After this tour, you will experience one of Little Italy's award-winning lunch spots and a stop for authentic Gelato. This tour offers humor, drama, excitement, pasta and a sweet treat all bundled together! And, we will arrive back in time for any conference attendee that wants to tag along with their guest!

· 9:00am-9:20am: Transfer to Little Italy
· 9:30am-11:00am: Guided Tour Experience
· 11:15am-11:50am: Gnocchi and Sauces demo at Restaurant with Chef
· 11:50am: Sampling of Gnocchi with two special sauces and Q&A with the Chef
· 12:05pm: Sampling of Gelato and story of how Sicily brought Gelato to the world
· 12:30pm-1:00pm: Transfer back to the hotel

A Day at the San Diego Zoo with Private Tour and Lunch

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Depart Lobby at 10am)
Cost: $390 per person (advance purchase required)

Discover the timeless allure of the World-Famous San Diego Zoo! Enjoy admission to the Zoo as well as a private 90-minute tour led by expert guides, offering an insider’s perspective. You’ll encounter all kinds of wildlife from hippos to bears and even exotic insects. Following your adventure tour, enjoy a catered lunch amidst the Treetops – literally! Treetops dining venue is reminiscent of the colonial houses in Afrida in the early 1900s located in the center of the Zoo, Therefore, after lunch, you will be strategically placed with some extra time to explore the zoo on your own before your return transfer to the hotel.

· 10:00am-10:30am – Transfer from hotel to San Diego Zoo
· 10:30am-12:00pm – Private Zoo Tour
· 12:00pm-1:30pm – Lunch at Treetops
· 1:30pm-3:30pm – Guest Time to explore the Zoo
· 3:30pm-4:00pm – Transfer back to the hotel
