No one says everything you want or need to hear in the exact order, depth and detail that you prefer. That is why the chief tool of a good listener is a good question. Well-crafted questions can stimulate, draw out and guide discussion.

During this session, you will learn how to ask the right questions to get the information you need to make good credit and loan servicing decisions. At the same time you will learn ways to improve relations with your customers by being more efficient and effective in the way that you collect the information you need to meet their needs.
