Session Descriptions

Change, Choice, and Consequences

Wednesday, September 25, 2024

3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

At the individual level, what matters most in times of change is not what happens, but how we choose to respond to what happens. Our choices in the face of change are shaped by the beliefs, thoughts, attitudes, and words we bring to it. It’s critical that we each accept the role that choice plays in the consequences we experience. As change leaders, we help others through this process and help them navigate and reframe immediate reactions into more proactive responses.

Learner Outcomes:

  1. Discover some methods that I can use to keep the right mindset as an individual contributor or leader within my organization.
  2. How do I reframe my choices and reactions to be more productive in the face of more change impacting my organization.
  3. Understanding the choices I make has a big impact on my outcomes.
