Eligibility Requirements - Thinking Outside the Box

This session will give attendees an intriguing look into topics ranging from similar entity financing, farm-related service business, and lands in transition to full-time farmer vs part-time farmer vs essentially other than farming and reputation risk. Wes will guide the audience through these relevant topics that affect all lenders in today’s lending environment and navigating eligibility along the way.

Learner Outcomes:

1. Session attendees will gain valuable insight around “out of the box” requests and how those requests can and can’t meet FC scope and eligibility.
2. Session attendees will gain understanding of how the ever-changing ag landscape provides new lending opportunities by way of methods such as similar entity financing.
