Trends & Issues Roundtable Discussion

11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

In this "green light thinking session" everyone is encouraged to brainstorm and share ideas freely on topics including Personal Growth, Mentoring, and other related value items. Attendees will be asked to share both conventional and unconventional ‘outside of the box’ approaches to topic discussions, engaging with others in the session to gain insights and perspective on topics relevant to self and team.

The ultimate goal will be to stimulate creative and innovative thinking, while allowing everyone to explore possibilities without limitations or constraints. Additionally, attendees will be highly encouraged to engage in additional idea sharing and networking post-session conclusion, further enhancing their overall Conference experience.

Learner Outcomes:

1. Attendees will enjoy smaller group level opportunities to engage with other attendees regarding best practices on issues facing us in our daily interactions, as well as leveraging these practices when planning for the future.
2. Attendees will learn how to assess and be intentional on their own personal growth journeys, as well as how to identify potential roadblocks and determine best means to overcome these challenges.
