Alyssa Hartzell is an Ag Lending Manager with Horizon Farm Credit. Alyssa began her Farm Credit career in 2016 as a loan officer. Her role now focuses on leading a team of lenders and managing a portfolio of diverse customers. She previously worked in accounting and tax preparation for agricultural operations.
Like many within Farm Credit, Alyssa’s involvement in agriculture started young, growing up on a small commercial sheep farm. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness Management and a MBA, both from Penn State University. Today, Alyssa and her husband raise their two children on his family’s fifth generation dairy farm.
