Maddie Caldwell was raised on a family farm near Elmwood, Illinois, as the oldest of three children to Todd and Kim Caldwell. Active in 4-H, FFA, and livestock showing throughout her youth, she developed a lifelong passion for agriculture and rural communities.
Maddie is no stranger to the Farm Credit System, having served in multiple roles with two different Farm Credit associations throughout her career. Today, she continues to support agriculture while advocating for mental health awareness in rural America. Through sharing her personal journey, she hopes to encourage authentic conversations, build connection, and remind others that they are never alone in their struggles.
