With over 12 years of dedicated service at Compeer, Rich has held roles as both a Financial Officer and his current leadership position. Building relationships, delivering value, and serving others have been central to Rich’s approach to both his personal and professional life. Outside of his work, Rich enjoys the outdoors and spending quality time with his wife Deb and their three grown children whenever possible.
