Director of Strategic Initiatives and Government Relations

Staci Martin coordinates the strategic direction of AgriBank’s government relations activities and guides the implementation of the organization’s strategic initiatives. Her experience includes service at the Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation in public relations and public policy; AgStar Financial Services (now Compeer Financial) leading legislative affairs, and Compeer Financial’s legislative, client education, corporate giving programs, and senior leadership team. She serves as a Minnesota FFA Foundation board member and is an active 4-H volunteer. Staci and her husband, Joe, are raising their two girls and small herd of cattle near Staci’s home farm in rural Le Sueur County, Minnesota.
