Biography

Kathryn is a loan officer at Rural 1st in Knoxville, TN and has been for nine years. Kathryn was raised on her family’s farm in central Ohio, but now resides on a small farm in Strawberry Plains, TN with her husband. Since the start of her career at Farm Credit Mid-America, Kathryn has focused on building relationships with other lenders, which lead to her co-leading the Rural 1st Bank Relationship Program in 2022. Since then, the program has grown significantly and is a great resource for lending referral partners.
