Biography

Before joining Northwest Farm Credit Services in 1986, Ronda worked for a title company, a real estate appraiser, and obtained her real estate license. During her time at AgWest Farm Credit, she has worked as a legal assistant and taken on a variety of direct lending roles.

Rhonda's professional experiences provide her the insight to anticipate the many issues that come up during a loan transaction and to think outside of the box to complete the transaction. She is sensitive to each buyer's situation and makes herself available to coach the first-time buyer through the loan process or work with the seasoned buyer on a loan structure that will best fit their financial plan.

Many customers have commented on how much they appreciate her honest, creative, and hard-working approach to lending. They appreciate Rhonda's open communication style and willingness to stay in touch with all parties involved to ensure a smooth transaction.

Rhonda obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Organization Management from Whitworth College. She and her husband, Ross, have two married daughters, as well as four grand kids with a 5th on the way! In their spare time, they love to travel to see the grands and play golf.
