Successful leaders in business understand that commitment alone will not allow their teams to truly reach the summit of their abilities. Having a plan in place for you as an individual, as well as for your team will help pave the path to achieve the highest level of success.

The session will ask participants to examine their career “all in” or “how deep in the pool” are you willing to go achieve success. Do you see obstacles or opportunities? Have you set realistic goals for yourself and your team? How do you utilize expectations to drive success? Bob will provide tools to help you answer these questions then show you how to apply to your day-to-day work. Communication is the single greatest contributor to the success of a team-it is also the single greatest contributor to failure. As a former National Emmy Award winning journalist, Bob will provide tools to effectively communicate in all stages of a career.
