All reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space or rate available basis. Please note the website will only work for the peak nights contracted, should you want to book pre and/or post conference dates you will need to call the resort directly for rates and availability. The rate will be available three days pre and post the conference dates if made prior to the cutoff date, based on availability. You can call the resort to make your reservation at 954-874-4444 . Late Arrival/Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with a deposit by check or guaranteed to a major credit card. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax.

All deposits being held by the hotel, are refundable for cancellations received by the Hotel on or before 6 p.m. 24 hours prior to anticipated arrival. For guests who are "no shows", deposits will be forfeited to the Hotel.
