The presentation will cover the mission of the Farm Credit Administration and its supervision and regulation of the Farm Credit System. Participants will learn about the System’s legal framework, as well as FCA’s policy objectives, its regulatory philosophy, and the process the Agency follows in developing and providing guidance. Participants will also learn about FCA’s approach to examining and supervising System institutions. This includes discussion on the Agency’s risk rating system, supervisory corrective actions, and Farm Credit System board governance expectations.
