Biography

Carl Horne leads a team focused on customer-facing digital technology products for Farm Credit Services of America and Frontier Farm Credit. This includes a full suite of online and mobile banking services that enables simple and convenient access and management of accounts and digital tools that help customers plan, manage and analyze their businesses. In 2020, his team launched Farmlend, an online financing channel that provides the market with simple, fast and competitive access to Farm Credit real estate lending. Carl has been with the Associations since 2006, serving as a Financial Officer and Territory Manager prior to leading the young, beginning and small producer program in 2013. Through that program he helped for the Development Fund and the Associations customer education program. He and his wife have two boys. They are active supporters of youth sports, ag education and FFA.
