Clint Cryer serves as Senior Vice President of Lending & Relationship Management and Director of Retail Lending at Capital Farm Credit, a customer-owned cooperative and part of the nationwide Farm Credit System. With extensive experience in finance, Clint has built a career around supporting agriculture, agribusiness, and commercial lending—including both real estate and operating lines.
He leads a statewide retail team dedicated to customer success, portfolio growth, and the development of people. Operating from 63 locations across Texas, the team serves a diverse portfolio that reflects the richness of Texas agriculture—from beef and cotton to aquaculture and specialty crops.
Clint is an active leader both within Capital Farm Credit and in broader state and local associations and civic organizations. A proud member of his local and agricultural communities, he is committed to advancing rural prosperity and supporting the people who make Texas agriculture thrive.
