Francie Schulwolf has been an instructor with SW&A since 2017, specializing in Personal Brand, Executive Presence, and helping clients lead impactful conversations. With over 25 years in global hospitality leadership, she brings real-world insight to her coaching, creating a trusted and engaging environment for growth. Her passion lies in developing people and enhancing communication skills to help clients realize their full potential.
Before SW&A, Francie worked in advertising, hospitality, and consulting, focusing on brand marketing, executive and employee communications, and crisis management. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, Peloton rides, games, and college football with her husband Barry, daughters Marissa and Jenna, and their dog Cody. She is a proud University of Alabama alumna.
