Jesika is the VP-AgVision at AgWest Farm Credit, focusing on initiatives and products that support the success of young, beginning, and small producers. Before this role, she worked with YBS producers as a Relationship Manager and Senior Human Resources Advisor at Northwest Farm Credit Services, joining the association in 2012. Jesika’s previous professional experience includes working with ConAgra, Cargill, and a commercial farrow to finish operation in Colorado. Jesika attended Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She was raised on a family orchard in central Washington and has spent the last 20 years working in the ag sector.
